The Theorbo

The Atlanta Guitar Trio will be performing in the Music at Messiah Concert Series on February 14.  The trio uses classical guitar, lute and theorbo.  The theorbo is essentially a bass lute.  A very nice video of a solo theorbo performance is shown here.  The theorbo should sound fantastic in the Messiah sanctuary. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qeUcGD4rRRc
