Huntsville Collegium Musicum performs at Messiah
The Huntsville Collegium Musicum will be presenting their program “There’s Something About Mary” at Messiah Lutheran Church on Friday, May 6th, 2016.
The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in the sanctuary of Messiah Lutheran Church. It is one of two scheduled performances of the concert, with a second concert taking place on Saturday, May 7th at 7:30 p.m. at Covenant Presbyterian in Huntsville.
That HCM selected Messiah Lutheran Church as a concert location is testament to the wonderful acoustics the space affords choral groups as a performance location. The Huntsville Collegium Musicum Collegium were featured during Music at Messiah’s 2014-2015 concert season, presenting a concert of Victor de la Victoria’s 1605 Requiem Mass on Nov 1, 2014.
While Friday’s performance is not part of this season’s Music at Messiah’s concert schedule, we are tremendously please to help raise awareness for their performance.
